Neptunia RP

Still working out the kinks. I don't care if the server grows or is active whatsoever. I am just creating this place to get my Neptunia fix! I love Neptunia. Follow Fluxers guidelines and take them seriously. i don't wanna have to deal with bad actors. some stuff is still a work in progress but I think its mostly ready to go live. No roles for now. Except verify react.
