Crystal Bot includes an upgraded ticket system with web archive support, allowing communities to manage support requests and keep organized records of conversations. The ticket system also includes updated .ticket commands such as ticket add USER and more configuration options through ticketconfig. The bot also includes emoji and sticker implementation, allowing servers to easily import emoji or sticker packs from emoji.gg directly into their server. This makes customizing your server faster and easier without manual uploads. Crystal Bot also includes a flexible reaction role system, allowing administrators to add multiple reactions to bot embeds or their own messages so members can easily receive roles. Users can also view profile information using the avatar and banner commands, making it easy to check profile images and banners directly inside the server. Administrators have full control over commands using the enable and disable system, allowing them to turn off features they do not want in their server. Crystal Bot also includes moderation commands to help staff manage their communities along with an economy system where members can check their balance and claim daily crystal coins using the bal and daily commands.
