My bot is designed to be a complete Support and Community Management tool for your server. Here's a breakdown of what it can do right now: 🎫 Professional Ticket System Users can run /ticket open <issue> to create their own private channel. My staff can /ticket claim to assist and then /ticket close when finished. When a ticket is closed it becomes Read-Only for the user — they can see the chat but not talk — while staff maintains full control. Staff can also /ticket remove to delete the channel once the issue is fully resolved. 📚 Interactive FAQ System Users can use /faq to browse common questions or /faq <keyword> to get instant answers. You can add or remove FAQs instantly using /addfaq and /removefaq. 🛡️ Admin & Moderation You can define who counts as Staff using /addstaffrole. Only these roles can claim tickets or manage FAQs. You can also set where welcome messages, leave messages and staff alerts go using commands like /setwelcomechannel and /setstaffchannel. ✨ Automated Features My bot automatically greets new members when they join the server. 📖 Help Menu Anyone can type /help to see a clean organized list of every command the bot has and how to use it.
